How do I know it was done for my family?
The video shows the priest saying your names and gotra aloud, then the offering going into the river.
Is this an online puja?
No. The rite is performed at Ramkund, at the river. Only the video reaches you online.
I don't know my gotra, or the date of death.
Tell us. The priest is told, and he decides the gotra and fixes the day.
Is anything posted to me?
No. No parcel, no prasad, no certificate. Only the video, on WhatsApp or email.
Is DigiKumbh genuine?
Yes. The rite is performed at Ramkund by the priests we work with there, and the video shows your family's names being said. Who we are, and the company behind DigiKumbh, is on our About page.
